NFL Week 15 Storylines

December 19th, 2010 Leave a comment Go to comments
This weekend, keep an eye out for the following storylines:
  • Michael Robinson has emerged as a key player in the Seahawks’ offense in the past 2 weeks, as the fullback has averaged over 10 yards per carry. In Week 14, he was even the leading rusher for the Seahawks, running for 33 yards. Robinson will be going up against one of the top defenses in the NFL as the Seahawks will be in Seattle taking on the Falcons on Sunday. The victory would be huge should the Seahawks pull out a win, as they are currently tied atop the lowly NFC West division.
  • Cameron Wake is currently leading the NFL in sacks with 14 on the season, and will be looking to extend his lead as the Dolphins take on the Bills on Sunday at 1pm. Tamba Hali is also in the top 5 in the league with 11 sacks and could realistically make for a 1-2 finish for Penn Staters atop the NFL sack leaderboard.
  • Kerry Collins will get the start for the Titans again, as the Titans play the Texans in a 1pm game on Sunday afternoon. Collins had a strong showing in Week 14 and will look to extend his strong play as he has had extra rest this week since the Titans haven’t played since last Thursday.
