Notes

  • With 10 mins left in Sunday’s game, Robbie Gould could have ended up being the goat for the Bears. Instead, he ended the day as a hero. Early in the 4th quarter Gould missed a 33-yard field goal right before the Bears embarked on a crazy come-from-behind victory. They ended up down by 2 points with just over 2 minutes remaining and were able to drive down the field to get Gould in field-goal range. You all know what happened next.
  • Something about the Cowboys MLB position and Penn Staters just hasn’t gone together well in the past 2 weeks. Last week, Sean Lee hurt his big toe and will miss the rest of the season. On Sunday, his replacement, Dan Connor, was forced to leave the game early with a neck strain. The severity of the injury is currently unknown.
